Job Description/ Duties:
As the assistant to the chief personnel administrator of the organization; responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resource Manager on all personnel matters and assists with payroll processing.
A minimum of bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or finance; a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a documented administrative position; knowledge and skills in planning, organizing, written/interpersonal communication, complex problem solving and conflict resolution; strong human relation skills and the ability to work in a position of high confidentiality.
